The College Board recently notified students that it is experiencing delays in processing orders for SAT score reports placed on or after October 14, 2015. The organization insists that it is working diligently to deliver the score reports, and is reaching out to colleges with November 1 deadlines to advise them of the circumstances. At the same time, the College Board is encouraging schools to “be flexible” about the receipt of late scores, and advises students who can self-report scores to do so.

Students who submitted Early Action and Early Decision applications for the November 1 deadline and whose transcript requests were not filed before October 14 are urged to check individual school websites and/or blogs which may contain information about how to proceed or about whether to even worry about the delays. Students should contact admissions reps for answers to their questions to the extent that answers are not available on line.
